BBC director general and news CEO resign over editing of Trump's speech; US President slams broadcaster

BBC Director-General Tim Davie and Head of News Deborah Turness resigned,  following a controversy over the editing of a speech by US President Donald Trump in a documentary. Britain's public broadcaster's top executives announced their resignations on Sunday.
