Bangladesh: Interim govt bans Awami League's student wing 'Chhatra League' under Anti-Terrorism Act

Bangladesh's interim government on Wednesday banned the Awami League party's student organisation Bangladesh Chhatra League (BCL). The development comes after the Anti-Discrimination Student Movement demanded a ban on the student body of ousted Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina's party.
