US: Sixth-grader killed in school shooting by 17-year-old in Iowa, five injured

A 17-year-old student opened fire at a small-town high school in Iowa on the first day after the winter break, killing a sixth-grader and wounding five others on Thursday in a chaos-filled situation where students barricaded in offices, hid in classrooms and fled.
