‘Every war ends in a diplomatic way’: Ukraine foreign minister aims for February peace summit

Ukraine's Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba on Monday said that Zelenskyy government is planning to hold a peace summit by the end of February, preferably at the United Nations with Secretary-General António Guterres as a possible mediator. The peach summit is likely to come around the anniversary of Russia's war.
