China does it again; now puts hold on proposal by India, US to blacklist LeT terrorist Hafiz Talah Saeed

China on Wednesday put on hold a proposal by India and the United States to blacklist Mumbai attacks mastermind Hafiz Saeed's son Hafiz Talah Saeed. The proposal, to ban the Pakistan-based Lashkar-e-Taiba terrorist was put by both the countries at the United Nations (UN).
