Russia Ukraine war updates: At least 16 people, reportedly civilians, were killed in a Russian missile strike on a 'crowded mall' in Ukraine on Monday, officials were quoted as saying by news agency AFP. At least 60 were wounded in the attack in the central city of Kremenchuk, Ukrainian officials said.
